Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and any purchases or services provided by Jonas Trading LTD t/a Pure Auto Design (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

1.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
1.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms each time you use the website.
1.3 This website is intended for lawful use only, including browsing and purchasing products/services.
1.4 Any verbal advice or recommendation does not form part of a legally binding agreement.

2. Orders

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and these Terms.
2.2 You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
2.3 A contract is formed only when:

  • goods are dispatched,

  • collected, or

  • services (e.g. tyre fitting) are completed

2.4 We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

  • items are unavailable

  • payment fails security checks

  • pricing errors occur

  • delivery is not possible

  • eligibility criteria are not met

2.5 We are not liable for delays outside of our control.

2.6 If goods arrive with damaged packaging, they must be signed for as “unchecked”.

2.7 Any damaged goods must be reported immediately and must not be fitted or used.

2.8 Before fitting, customers must ensure:

  • wheels are in suitable condition

  • wheels are correct for the vehicle

2.9 Once tyres are fitted or wheels are used, no refund will be issued.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices are confirmed at checkout.
3.2 Payments via PayPal or similar may be subject to security checks.
3.3 If a pricing error occurs, you will be offered:

  • a refund, or

  • the option to proceed at the correct price

3.4 Ownership of goods transfers upon full payment.
3.5 In the event of a chargeback, ownership reverts to Jonas Trading LTD and recovery action may be taken.

4. Cancellation & Returns

4.1 Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

4.2 After Delivery

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving goods.

4.3 Important Notes

  • A 10% handling fee applies to change-of-mind returns

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Goods must be returned in original packaging

4.4 Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted if:

  • purchased as a business

  • custom-made or special order

  • tyres have been fitted to wheels

5. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and trademarks are owned by Jonas Trading LTD and may not be used without permission.

6. Liability

6.1 Nothing excludes liability for death or injury caused by negligence.
6.2 We do not guarantee website accuracy at all times.
6.3 We are not liable for:

  • loss of income

  • loss of data

  • loss of business

  • indirect or consequential losses

7. Fraud Prevention

We take fraud seriously. Orders may be cancelled if security checks fail. Goods will only be shipped to verified addresses.

8. General

8.1 These Terms are governed by English law.
8.2 If any part is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
8.3 Only parties to these Terms may enforce them.

9. Import Duties

We are not responsible for any import taxes or duties.
Customers are responsible for checking local regulations.

10. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with GDPR.

  • Data is used only for orders and enquiries

  • We do not sell your data

  • You may request access or deletion at any time

  • Data is stored securely

Cookies may be used to improve website performance.

11. On-Site Refurbishment Terms

  • Customers must provide locking wheel nut keys

  • We are not responsible for personal belongings in vehicles

  • Vehicles are inspected upon arrival

Repairs

  • Additional work will be approved before proceeding

  • We may refuse unsafe repairs

  • Severely damaged wheels may not return to original condition

Wheel Straightening

There is a risk of cracking during straightening.
We are not liable for resulting losses.

Responsibility After Work

  • Customers must re-check wheel bolts after 30 miles

  • We are not responsible for tyre damage after leaving

Loan Wheels

  • Loan wheels are provided temporarily

  • Pre-authorisation required:

    • £400 / £700 / £1000 depending on vehicle

  • Charges apply for damage or non-return

Storage

  • Wheels not collected after 30 days may be sold to recover costs
